Hello,

the "KeyVal" stuff comes from MPQC ; the latest versions of MPQC that I 
have had time to test or use are 2.1.x and 2.2.x. Please downgrade to 
these versions or disable the MPQC feature. I just have not had time to 
keep the MPQC stuff up-to-date.
