I didn't see this message until now. Sorry. Yes, the SVN version will keep the branches, tags, etc. intact from CVS. There's one problem -- I'm not a project admin for ghemical at bioinformatics.org, so I can't do anything like that. Otherwise I could easily do the switch any time this week. Cheers, -Geoff
