Hi,
I have trouble running ghemical (after installing from a precompiled
deb) with the following errors generated:

jason at jdrig2-wired-self:~$ ghemical
OpenGL extension version - 1.3
WARNING : SetCurrent() called before widget was realized ; skipping...
GL is not yet initialized -> skipping light setup!
added local light.
WARNING : SetCurrent() called before widget was realized ; skipping...
WARNING : Update() called before widget was realized ; skipping...
InitGL : setting up lights for cam 0
ghemical: symbol lookup error: ghemical: undefined symbol:
_Z15TransformVectorR3v3dIfEPKf

This error occurs if I click the black area where you draw the
molecule straight after opening the application - it crashes straight
away. If I select the draw tool and attempt to place an atom, this
error is generated:

jason at jdrig2-wired-self:~$ ghemical
OpenGL extension version - 1.3
WARNING : SetCurrent() called before widget was realized ; skipping...
GL is not yet initialized -> skipping light setup!
added local light.
WARNING : SetCurrent() called before widget was realized ; skipping...
WARNING : Update() called before widget was realized ; skipping...
InitGL : setting up lights for cam 0
draw state is 1
orbit_xy skipped ; counter = 1
BUG: invalid crd_table_size_loc found.

Again, the application crashes instantly.

If I open and exit the application using the close option from the
file menu (without doing anything more), I receive the following
error:

jason at jdrig2-wired-self:~$ ghemical
OpenGL extension version - 1.3
WARNING : SetCurrent() called before widget was realized ; skipping...
GL is not yet initialized -> skipping light setup!
added local light.
WARNING : SetCurrent() called before widget was realized ; skipping...
WARNING : Update() called before widget was realized ; skipping...
InitGL : setting up lights for cam 0
*** glibc detected *** corrupted double-linked list: 0x00000000006a62c0 ***
Aborted

The version of Ghemical is 1.91.

If anyone could suggest a solution, it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, is there a precompiled deb available for AMD64 of the new 2.01
version of ghemical?

Thanks,
Jason
