First, I'm very VERY sorry that I have forgot to answer this ; during the last
months I have not been working but been at home taking care of our daughter.
But my intention is not to make excuses now, I simply want to say I'm sorry
about my mistake.

Then the second thing ; "GPL v2 and later" is OK to me, and I start changing the
files accordingly.
