[ghemical-devel] [Patch] Make mopac7 build with MAKEFLAGS -j

Hi,

When building mopac7 with parallel jobs the build fails. This is because
the mopac7 binary does not mark libmopac7.la as dependency.

The patch to fix this is attached.
