OK, I've made new set: libSC7-2.3.1-1, libSC7-devel-2.3.1-1, and 
libSC7-static-2.3.1-1 (these packages automatically replaces corresponding 
libSC4-*-2.3.1-1, when installed with "rpm -Uvh libSC7*").
