[Guiblast-devel] Catching up

Sorry, I have not been in touch, Just trying to finish this project for the deadline in August.

Since the guiblast is a Open Source, we should put it into on the sourceforge.org site. They provide CVS service for each project that is registered.

Michael, if you would like I could check out the registering the code to sourceforge.org is you run into any problems.
Sabastian, what do you think?

I've just made a new version, I translated comments to English (they
were in Spanish). and some minor modifications.
But I can't find the way to upload it to bioinformatics.org site since
they removed FTP access. I've just asked for help in the contact form in
the bioinformatics web site. I hope to get a reply soon.
