As Hua Pan suggested, blastexe and tempdir localtion should be somehow
fixed. I think we should have a "configuration" or "setup" button. When
you click on that (lets call it setup) it should give you the chance to
tell the program where the blastexe is. Regarding the tempdir, it should
be fixed on the same directory where the program is installed.
Lets say the program is installed on: /home/sebas/programs/guiblast
so the temdir should be in:
/home/sebas/programs/guiblast/tempdir
Using a relative path notation, the program would look for the tempdir
just in "tempdir".
Could you code the "setup" option? We should avoid the need of the user
to change the source code in order to run the program.
