Hi Chiu. I was unaware of the "Poland service". Then again, I haven't been working on denaturation problems recently. Thanks for the link. Drs. Blake and Delcourt may be aware of it. Looking at the references, they are cited. Richard Blake is the PI for the MeltSim project. Considering the programs use the 1974 Poland algorithm, the 1977 Fixman-Friere approximation, and the 1998 Blake-Delcourt parameters, they probably give similar results. It would be interesting to see a comparison. Programatically, they use different languages: Pascal/Delphi for MeltSim, and FORTRAN 77 for the "Poland service". I've been hoping to write a command-line version in C. Regarding your problem inputting a text sequence, I'm happy to help. The sequence needs to be in plain text and unanotated.
