The 608 subscribers to this list come from about 39 countries.
The number of subscribers are given below, sorted by frequency, and 
separately by 2-letter country code. (I was unable to find the name of the 
country corresponding to ".sk". I am guessing that our one subscriber with 
an @e-brev.nu address is probably not living in Niue, an island in the 
South Pacific -- take a look at www.e-brev.nu. Enlightenment welcome!)

The 326 subscribers (54%) with .xxx addresses (3-letter endings) are, I 
think, nearly all (but not all) residing in the USA. (For example, @ub.edu 
is University of Barcelona, Spain.) Thus, close to 50% of the subscribers 
are not in the USA.

There are about 182 subscribers (30%) in Europe, about 36 in Asia (6%) 
including 10 in the Middle East (9 in Israel and 1 in Iran), 24 in 
Australia and New Zealand (4%), about 17 (3%) in Central and South America, 
13 (2%) in Canada, and 3 in Africa.
