Hi, Unfortunately, the PDB format only accepts real numbers of 8 digits before and 3 digits after the decimal point (see http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/docs/format/pdbguide2.2/part_62.html). The mmCif format seems more flexible as any float decimal can be used for coordinates.
