BALLView, a free, open-source, molecular visualization and modeling program
(http://www.ballview.org) was listed in molvisindex.org by its authors a
little over a month ago. A new publication is just out about this program,

http://bioinformatics.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/content/abstract/22/3/365

The program and website look very impressive. It would certainly be
interesting to have someone familiar with DeepView do a comparative review
(Gale Rhodes, are you interested?).
