[Molvis-list] "Connect" between atoms of different models or Remove monitor label

Hello Gian 

It's not clear what software you are using. My reply is based on 
Jmol.

I would abandon the idea of using "monitor", it's just not 
convenient.
The ideal solution in my opinion is to use "connect". If Jmol does 
not let you use it between models (of which I'm not sure), you could 
try "draw" which is very flexible.

If you cannot use "select atomindex=45", maybe you can still use 
"select atomno=45 and 1.1"
