[Mugen-announce] New MuGeN release

A new release of MuGeN is available : 20030908.

Besides a number of bugfixes it's main new features are :
	- display of histogram-type plots below annotated maps,
	- diplay of link plots for showing links between positions in two
consecutive maps,
        - ability to load analysis results from remote sources,
	- more persistent preferences parameters,
	- faster updates after window resize...
