Cheers Jose.

I'd go for a more general comment category such as 'Issue resolved' or
just 'Solved' as you suggested originally, because I haven't
specifically confirmed that the issues were resolved during
remediation or at some point before or afterwards... Here I'm thinking
of 'remediation' as a specific batch release of updated PDB files
rather than the ongoing process of continuous improvement. If you were
thinking the latter, why not just 'Remediated'?

I guess I'd vote for 'Resolved', but in general I like the idea of
keeping the old comment and the old comment category, but tagging with
a new comment to say that the offending issue has been removed.

Cheers,
Dan.
