We've just gone through it and cleaned it up and updated. Just add any new
things you can think of. We also merged the TODO from the Migration page and
made sure the Bugtracker page is up to date.

Agree, that should be the place for the todo.

I agree too. Definitely there are a few things to do before announcement.
One that comes to mind now is the new categorisation of comments. Maybe we
should wait to announce until the paper is out?
By the way no spam yet since the comments extension is public... that's good
news, we can probably do without captchas. Fingers crossed ;)
Last but not least: the site is now also mirrored in bioinformatics.org. If
we want to switch servers everything is in place to do it (well first I need
to get the latest db dump from the live site, but that's fast). What do you
guys think about switching? I'm concerned about the time problems in the
Korean server, I'm resetting the time manually sometimes but it's not ideal,
it runs more than 30 minutes a day off! And there's no clear solution for it
at the moment...
The only issue we have to take care of is the URLs. As things are set up now
once we switch to bionformatics.org, the URLs would come up something like:
http://www.pdbwiki.org/pdbwiki/mw/index.php/Main_Page
instead of what we have now:
http://www.pdbwiki.org/index.php/Main_Page
I think the only way to solve that is through a VirtualHost entry in the
main apache configuration, so we'd have to ask the people at
bioinformatics.org. Or is there another way to work around it?
Jose
