[Pdbwiki-devel] should redo 'About PDBWiki' page

Dear developers,

it's nice to see that there is user activity on PDBWiki. Two new tools
have been added recently.

I went through the 'article' pages in the wiki again and found that
most of them are pretty good now. The only exception
was, unfortunately, the second most popular page,
http://pdbwiki/index.php/About_PDBWiki. It's hopelessly out of date
and I think we should revise it at some point since it's probably the
first page new users encunter when they are trying
to learn what the site is about.

Otherwise, it's waiting time :)
