[Pdbwiki-devel] PDB version 4

FYI I've stopped the pdbwiki update for next week.

This week they've released the next remediation issue of the PDB archive and
I can expect things going wrong with the pipeline. Well for sure many
thousand structures will be updated so the pdbwiki update will take very
long. I'll check on monday.
