[Pipet Devel] SVG

[J.W. Bizzaro]

Some of you may already be aware of the W3C's SVG or Scalable Vector Graphics
format.  It is an XML for vector graphics.

I found out that Raph, of GNOME fame, is working on a GNOME drawing program
called Gill:

I'll be looking into this stuff with respect to how we might make Loci's
graphical widgets.
