I guess I misread this the first time.

I wouldn't say my thinking is NOT data centric.  Afterall, I'm saying functions
are always performed ON a document (data):  A Modifier modifies data, a
Translator translates data, etc.  You could say that the Workspace tends to
emphasize flow, having all those arrows.  But maybe my view is a little more
flow oriented.
