As far as Paos being on a server In principle I like the idea of SSH as much as others, but I have a small problem: French cryptography law does not allow me to use SSH. There are plans to change them, but as far as I know nothing has happened yet. On the other hand, I see no problem with restricting telnet and ftp access to specific hosts; I can always go through my home machine if necessary.
