Yeah, it's QPL.  Go figure why people like TrollTech's license so much.  AFAIK,
QPL is a 'free for non-commercial use' license, which is incompatible with the
GPL (GPL doesn't restrict commercial use).  As Humberto said, it'd make for a
good reference.
