    Neuroinformatics combines neuroscience and informatics 
research (databases, graphical interfaces, querying approaches, 
information retrieval, data visualization and manipulation,
data integration and analysis, simulation tools, and electronic 
collaboration) for understanding brain structure and function.  
NIH is soliciting research proposals for development of 
neuroinformatics tools.  Letters of intent are due 15Aug99, 
01Apr00, and 01Oct00, with proposals due 20Oct99, 11Jul00,
