[Pipet Devel] Wiki for Piper?

I took a quick look at Wiki and I think it looks great.  Like Brad
suggests, I think Wiki is useful for assembling the 'soft documentation',
which can then be reworked into formal documentation in a structured
docuement format.  Can we install it on Thurs?  I have an interview on
Wednesday to prepare for.
