Just read this in the (very small) archive for XDBM:

I've had a request from the SDS group to dual license XDBM under
the GPL as well so that there is no license confusion with those
writing GPL'd programmes.  Does anyone object?

There are no responses to this message in the archives, but I think this
might be a good sign that XDBM will be licensing friendly with Loci.
