[Pipet Devel] Overflow 0.2.0 released

This is the moment you've been waiting for... I jsut released version 0.2.0 of
Overflow. You can download from http://download.sourceforge.net/freespeech/

Along with *many* bug fixes, it is now easier to build Piper with it. I have
provided linux (x86) binaries. Brad, can cou build FreeBSD binaries? (donwnload
the source, configure with --disable-static and tar the install directory).

P.S. Don't forget to use gcc 2.95 to compile and have fftw compiled with
--enable-float
