[Pipet Devel] piper on new server

I re-imported piper, but this time to the new server.  Note that this server
is TEMPORARILY at...

    alpha.bioinformatics.org

It will soon become...

    www.bioinformatics.org

But, in the meantime, be sure to use the hostname alpha.

Here are instructions on using CVS on the server (remember to change addresses
to alpha!):

    http://alpha.bioinformatics.org/docs/cvs/

Anonymous access isn't working quite yet.

directoryname is "piper".  loginname is your shell account login name.
