We have to start thinking of Overflow and GMS/Loci as two different
applications that can be used together.  Overflow is for APPLICATION
DEVELOPMENT and GMS/Loci are for APPLICATION INTEGRATION.

And if we look at Overflow as being an APPLICATION too, we can run Overflow
WITHIN GMS/Loci.

I think we could consider any unspecified application running under GMS/Loci
as a blank slate for an Overflow application to be developed.  Imagine
Overflow running in a windowlet within GMS/Loci, as depicted in this
screenshot:

We can make the workspaces look and work almost exactly alike so that you
wouldn't know Overflow is a separate application!  I can do that!
