[Pipet Devel] new collaborative mailing list is ready!

Okay guys,

We're going to move general discussions about this collaborative to its own
list.

The list is already made.  It's on the existing server, and the name is VSH. 
Well, VSH is the only name we could all half-heartedly agree on.  And since
this list is on a server soon to be outmoded, we can always change the name
when we move to the new server.  Another reason for not using the new server
is that it's not completely set up yet.  Makes sense.
