1) Strictly technical a 'network' defines a 'border' around a set of nodes. Every
node
and link within this border has the same brokering characteristics: all is local,
all
has the same security, the same accessability, etc.
2) From the users point of view this definition of a network doesn't apply: a
user
defines the network by 'functionality' or by 'a project'.

You people have 2) in mind dont you?
