The reason WHY we have our own server is to create a collaborative environment
for computational biologists.  We're not competing with sourceforge in that
sense.  We have a much smaller audience/membership.

But a large part of piper (i.e., Loci) is based at The Open Lab, so I'd like
piper as a whole to be/stay here.  I don't see a reason why it SHOULDN'T.
