[Pipet Devel] RPMS for Overflow

Greetings fellow Pipers.

You may be aware that the Processing Layer of Piper is based on the
application "Overflow", developed by Jean-Marc:

Even so, it was decided that Overflow remain a separate package, akin to how
GTK+ is separate from GNOME.

Well, Overflow is relatively mature and complete at this time, unlike the rest
of Piper.  It is also very large and can be a challenge to compile.  Given all
of this, I think it's high time we make RPM's/Deb's for Overflow.  Some people
(e.g., Steve) have volunteered to do this for the Piper project in general. 
Any takers?
