Well, how about that!  They used to have lots of links to details and the
source code.  I found that dLoo still has some pages up about Piper and
development plans:

I also attached some e-mail messages that may be enlightening.

But, as far as /real technical specifications/ are concerned, we haven't seen
any.  BlueBox has been in this pre-alpha/alpha stage, along with Piper, for
some time.  I hope this standardization project will bring out all the specs.
