[Pipet Users] Piper 0.0.2 testing

Hi Pipers,

I put a pre-cvs test tarball on Piper 0.0.2 online on 
http://bioinformatics.org/~jarl. The reason this code is not in cvs yet 
is that it first should be tested on compiling. I develloped this code 
on a slackware 8 system, so if you use something else please give the 
tarball a try and let me know wether or not it compiles.
