The web page points to it as a recent snapshot (I need to correct that), but I have snapshots made every day now, automagically. They are kept in ftp://bioinformatics.org/pub/piper/CVS You can also do an anonymous CVS checkout via this command: cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at bioinformatics.org:/cvsroot checkout piper If you're compiling the Sept 2000 Piper with a recent version of Overflow, that *MIGHT* explain some of the error messages. Just a guess. Cheers. Jeff -- J.W. Bizzaro jeff at bioinformatics.org Director, Bioinformatics.org: The Open Lab http://bioinformatics.org/~jeff "All those scientists--they're all alike!
