After this year's Nobel Prize in Chemistry was awarded to Venkatraman
Ramakrishnan, Thomas Steitz, and our very own Ada Yonath (at the
Weizmann Institute) for their work on the structure and function of
the ribosome, it was suggested that Proteopedia feature a page on the
Ribosome (which did not yet exist in Proteopedia!) on its Main Page.
Thanks to Wayne Decatur, we now have such a page and it is featured on
Proteopedia's Main Page.
You're encouraged to have a look as well as strongly encouraged to
contribute improvements to the page -- after all, Proteopedia is a
collaborative website.
