[Proteopedia] Actions on Proteopedia Downtime

Dear Proteopedians,
This week and the one before we noticed a long reply time from Proteopedia
server coincident to the bulk creation and update of pages for the new
RCSB/PDB structures.
We had a summary meeting to provide a sound solution, besides the new and
powerful new Proteopedia server to be put in service next week.
We also devised a procedure for reducing pressure on the Proteopedia
server at the time of PDB bulk page update, and hope to have it in place
early next week.
Just for you to know what's going on over here.
