[Proteopedia] Jmol scripts inside a pdb file

Eran, thanks for the clarification about the initial script being run. So it's a matter of this script 
may override what was set in the inline script. Fine. I found that I could re-issue whatever I 
needed as part of the scene, so it's solved.

What distracted me mostly was that the orientation was not being respected, I think (a 
moveto command inline). Anyway, as I say, that's solved now.

Karl, thanks for the suggestion about sync. I've had no experience with syncing, but this may 
be a good place to start.

Regarding the textual info, I still have to double-check the numerical parameters; there is a 
lot of discrepance among sources, particularly for the pi helix.

The question of having Jmol 12 is not so relevant as I thought, since I forced the new color 
scheme (for pi and 3-10 helices) anyway and there will be nothing else added by 12.0 in 
practical terms.
