[Proteopedia] planned Proteopedia disturbance

Dear Proteopedians,

Due to a planned hardware upgrade on Sunday February 27th, 
starting 9:00 IST (7:00 am GST), Proteopedia will function in  
"read-only" mode, and may experience some slow downs. 

We hope that normal service will return by the end of the day.
