[Proteopedia] Proteopedia current locked status

Dear Proteopedians,

For the past weeks or so we are working in solving a few computer related problems that affect Proteopedia.

We've locked Proteopedia for writing and registration of new users until the procedure is complete.

We are dedicated to open Proteopedia for editing as soon as possible, and expect for this to happen soon, however we can't provide a certain date and time.
