[Proteopedia] Export function has been restored

Thanks to the outstanding efforts of Jaime Prilusky, Proteopedia's 'Export this page' ability is back on the toolbox area. The toolbox area is in the left hand side of any Proteopedia page. The option for export will show up only for logged in users.
