This is part of a series on "University Education", a section in the journal. They have added cross-links between the Spanish and English versions, and the English version can be found from the search box of the (otherwise Spanish) website (e.g. searching for "Proteopedia") short link: http://goo.gl/4DXQHJ full url: http://www.sebbm.com/revista/articulo.asp?id=10776&tipoCom=29&catgrupo =270 There will be no pdf version. Also linked from my website, http://biomodel.uah.es/personal/revistaSEBBM/ Hope it's useful for you. Please be welcome to share the link Best, ? We try to post related items there and not inundate your feeds. You can find us on Twitter as proteopedia (https://twitter.com/proteopedia) and on Facebook as Proteopedia (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Proteopedia/152463818108290). In addition to following us to keep informed of the Proteopedia community, feel free to suggest posts. Some suggestions would be if you see a Proteopedia page deserving attention or would like to highlight a stellar page by your student. Or perhaps you'll be giving a talk about Proteopedia to a large or small group. Let me know if you'd like any related items posted at wayne at proteopedia.org. (See the page on the Ribosome, http://www.proteopedia.org/wiki/index.php/Ribosome#Ribosome_Components , for example.) What I am wondering now is if there is some way to also call up a scene saved on Proteopedia from within such Jmol scripts placed in a Proteopedia page?? On some pages I cannot always be sure the user has the structure or scene open I wish the script to build upon. So I'd like to call up a certain scene at the start of a Jmol script and then build a custom script from there. Thanks,Wayne -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Well done. You may load scenes from any script by following these instructions: Let?s assume that the green link to your scene is Space fill. You need to add ?load /wiki/scripts/? before the name and ?.spt? after it, as follows:
