From jaime.prilusky at weizmann.ac.il Mon Mar 20 05:58:57 2023 From: jaime.prilusky at weizmann.ac.il (Jaime Prilusky) Date: Mon, 20 Mar 2023 09:58:57 +0000 Subject: [Proteopedia] changes Message-ID: <45EF118C-04B9-4FFB-893C-571DCEB9D918@weizmann.ac.il> Dear Proteopedians, We implemented several changes on SAT. Please report bugs and send suggestions for changes and improvements. Seqtool: displays the sequence of the structure in the JSmol applet. It appears on seeded pages, and users may insert it on their own pages as described at https://proteopedia.org/w/Seqtool . Color scale reference: SAT inserts the color reference on new scenes. We could make optional to insert the scale. https://proteopedia.org/w/User:Jaime_Prilusky/Test/alphaFold Color by pLDDT: The [colors] tab on SAT offers the option to color by pLDDT on uploaded structures generated by AlphaFold, RoseTTAfold and ESMfold. Try these available uploaded structures: AlphaFold_AF-L8XZM1-F1-model_v4.pdb ESM_1EZG_Antifreeze_protein.pdb RTF_1MW5_1_pLDDT.pdb Predict structure from sequence: A new area on SAT's [load molecule] receives a raw protein sequence, sends it to ESMfold and uploads to Proteopedia the resulting predicted structure. Also, the structure gets loaded on SAT, ready for preparing a scene. Angel and Jaim -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:
