Jmol applet on Proteopedia was updated from 11.8 to 12.2 a few days ago.

<div>Jmol 12.2 uses a different algorithm (now DSSP) to calculate Helix/Sheet records when missing on the structure file. As a consequence, you may find differences on the rendering of some structures, both on scenes and seeded pages.</div>
