(See the page on the Ribosome, <a id="yui_3_16_0_1_1415888602472_305288" href="http://www.proteopedia.org/wiki/index.php/Ribosome#Ribosome_Components">http://www.proteopedia.org/wiki/index.php/Ribosome#Ribosome_Components</a> , for example.)<br></div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1415888602472_305257" dir="ltr"><br></div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1415888602472_305259" dir="ltr">What I am wondering now is if there is some way to also call up a scene saved on Proteopedia from within such Jmol scripts placed in a Proteopedia page? <br></div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1415888602472_305329" dir="ltr">On some pages I cannot always be sure the user has the structure or scene open I wish the script to build upon.
