Hi all,

I have put on the server all the RPMs that I have compiled so far. It
represents 1256 RPMs.

I set up the repo. You can find everything in:
http://www.bioinformatics.org/r-repo/rpms/RPMS/Fedora/12/

I have not done the r-repo-release to provide the yum configuration file
but basically it is:

[r-repo]
name=R-repo $releasever - $basearch
baseurl=http://www.bioinformatics.org/r-repo/rpms/RPMS/Fedora/$releasever/$basearch/
enabled=1
gpgcheck=0

To put in /etc/yum.repo.d/

The RPMs are not signed so far.
