[ssml] precomputed SCOP domain superpositions?

Hello,

Are there precomputed all-against-all pairwise structure superpositions
of SCOP domains available somewhere? The superpositions may be
computed by programs like CE, DALI, VAST, ...
We would prefer recent SCOP versions.
