[ssml] request: psi-blast test

Hi All-

I'm having an issue with checkpoint files output from a psi-blast run 
with our in-house blast install.  Would anyone be willing to run a 
quick test (hopefully would not take any longer than a minute or two) 
and send me the checkpoint file (and other output) so I can see if it's 
a problem with my systems, install, etc.?  I'd greatly appreciate any 
help.

I have access to Linux and Mac OSX filesystems (the checkpoint files 
are filesystem dependent).  Some info:

binary: blastpgp
database: nr
