[ssml] BLAST fastacmd failed to fetch sequence from database stored on PVFS2 filesystem

I have no idea why your formatdb ran on local disks but failed on the server.
The only things that come to mind are that the file server had the
permissions set wrong for the file, that you did not have enough space
left on the file partition, or that there is a hardware problem with
the disks (bad sector or something).
