TestOnReactome 0.1
Simple analysis context.
It includes:
- A link to one single pathway in Reactome (must be online or edit the ontology list)
- A pre-processing rule that asserts rdfs:label from bioPAX:SHORT-NAME (for biopax-level2)
- A "sort of" inference rule that asserts that two elements participate in the same component if they are part of the same component (this is really a proof of concept... more sophistacted reasoning later...)
- A simple visual query (pattern) that corresponds to "all the elements of type protein"
- Generic configurations for namespaces
Note that rules are defined for biopax-level2.
